Fun. Pretty. Relaxed and Special all come to mind as words that epitomise Carrie and Johan’s Beautiful day. Flawlessly laid-back everything went to schedule and worked like a charm. Between Carrie and Rademeyers Restaurant - this lovely wedding was planned to perfection and every last detail had been thought of ahead so there was absolutely no big stresses on the day. This amazing chilled vibe flowed through to our beautiful bride to be and groom!

Carrie has an amazing eye for detail and with her creativity brought to life the most spectacular and different colour scheme for the reception and decor Ive seen in a while. The beautiful autumnal blush hues were just spectacular and suited the hall ambience to make for a wonderful soft, romantic feel.

The gents were so relaxed and at ease I almost felt bad for making them get ready. They did however turn in really dapper gents. Johan looked like a real distinguished gentleman. And Carrie? Sorry! It was me who asked them to light the cigars.. so don’t get cross with Johan! ;)

The Bride Tribe and guests staying over got ready at the gorgeous Rasmus Boutique Hotel. By the time I got there Carrie was already looking radiantly beautiful and almost ready to go! We has loads of fun with the Bride Tribe.

Alas, not everything could be absolutely perfect and dear old Eskom decided to load shed as the evening came in. This put a dampener on the photo booth and lighting for the first dance but in actual fact the use of just candles made the reception hall so roamtica and ethereal looking. It was a relief when the aircon did finally come on though! The speeches were an amazing tribute to a truly awesome couple and wonderful family. Thank you Carrie and Johan for choosing us to capture your special moments!
